Shipping Policy

At Jillhlaardy, we take great care to ensure that your china cups are packaged securely and delivered on time. All confirmed orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once processed, your order will be dispatched using reliable courier services, and you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

We offer both standard and express shipping options, depending on your location and preferences. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by your local authorities, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. Jillhlaardy will not be held liable for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen weather conditions.

Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Jillhlaardy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@jillhlaardy.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped product. In such cases, Jillhlaardy will cover the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package without tracking.

Certain items may be non-returnable, including customized products, clearance items, or products purchased during special promotional sales. These exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page.
